I want to order ahead for a personal pick-up order. Do I use Flex or Square? 

Same day pick-up orders are available on weekdays and are placed through our Square site. If you would like to place an order for next day pick-up or a catering delivery order, please follow the prompts on our website to the Flex Catering site.

What’s the minimum order requirements for catering? 

Catering orders for pick-up in store at any of our three locations have a minimum order requirement of $24 and delivery orders have a minimum order requirement of $150.

What’s the minimum notice required to place a catering order? 

We require 24 hours advance notice for next day in store pick-up orders and 48 hours notice for catering delivery orders.

 

How do I place a tax exempt order?

What’s the delivery zone? 

We are happy to service the Greater Dallas Area for deliveries. 

Is a deposit required? When do we have to pay in full? 

Most orders are paid in full at the time the order is placed. For larger events, we have a dedicated Event Director to help ensure your event is spectacular! Please reach out to [email protected] to discuss the specifics of your event.

Do orders include napkins and utensils? 

Be sure to add “Napkins and Utensils” to your order if they are needed before you checkout. 

Can we get the bagels sliced? 

Of course! There is an option to select “Sliced” during the ordering process.

Can we get the bagels individually packaged? 

Yes

What kind of table/set-up/display is included with the Bagel Bar? 

The Bagel Bar is our store delivered to you! We bring our sandwich station straight to you. We know that each event is unique and our Event Director would love to help make your event perfect. Please reach out to [email protected] to discuss the specifics of your event.

Do you offer desserts? 

Everyone loves a sweet treat to end their meal! We have homemade chocolate chip cookies on our catering menu.

My event is outdoors. Do you have a food truck/trailer? 

We do not currently have a food truck, but stay tuned for exciting plans in the near future!

What kind of coffee options do you offer? 

For catering deliveries, we offer an iced latte bar with an assortment of flavored syrups. This is a fun, interactive beverage display. Our hot coffee option is Starbucks Joe-to-Go delivered to you. We offer half & half and oat milk and sweetners to accompany your coffee.
